I am a passionate and experienced graphic designer with an ardent spirit for leading, mentoring, managing, and inspiring a team. I am highly skilled in improving process workflows for a turnkey graphic design department. I have expert proficiency in designing creative for  both print and digital, an in-depth background in print production and quality assurance, and over a decade of experience designing for both B2B and B2C. I also manage my own freelance business, ideating and designing creative content for the past 13 years.

 

In 2020, I accepted a position to help grow a small, family-owned business as a full time Graphic Design + Production Manager. I have since grown in my role within the company and while I continue to do design work, I am now Head of Marketing. My responsibilities include strategizing our advertising, managing a team, and working on everything from design and photography, to copywriting, social, email marketing, and more. I also have experiencing managing PPC ads and have an understanding of keyword targeting, ACOS, when to groom back spend, and how to determine the success of a campaign.
